This portfolio is restricted to invited groups. Enter the password provided to your company or sharing group.このポートフォリオは限定公開です。閲覧先の企業・共有先ごとにお渡しするパスワードで閲覧できます。
Authentication認証方法
Use the password supplied by the administrator. No email registration or Google sign-in is required.管理者からお渡しした共有先専用パスワードを入力します。メールアドレスの事前登録やGoogleログインは不要です。
- Share the password only within the intended group. It confirms use of the group credential, not the identity of an individual.パスワードは指定された共有先の範囲でご利用ください。パスワードやIPアドレスは、個人や企業のご本人確認を保証するものではありません。
- The access period is fixed when granted. Signing in does not extend it. A session lasts up to 30 minutes.閲覧期間は発行時に定めます。ログインで期間は延長されません。1回のログインは最長30分間有効です。
- Contact the administrator if the password expires or needs to be replaced. Replacing or revoking it also invalidates existing sessions.期限切れやパスワードの交換は管理者へご連絡ください。交換・停止時は既存のログインも失効します。
Information handled取扱情報
Each new sign-in records the group code, time, connecting IP address, estimated region, network, device, language and connection information, and emails the administrator with a link to the register. Subsequent page requests and their times are added to that register. Passwords, names, affiliations and recruitment details are not recorded. Viewing individual pages or images does not send additional emails.新しいログインの際に、共有先コード・日時・接続元IPアドレスと推定地域・回線・端末・言語・通信情報を台帳に記録し、台帳へのリンクとともに管理者へメールで通知します。ログイン後のアクセス先ページと日時は台帳へ追記します。パスワード、氏名、所属、選考内容は監査台帳へ保存しません。ページや画像の表示ごとに通知することはありません。
