This portfolio handles information needed to manage viewing access, respond to inquiries and review operations. The information collected and how it is handled are described below.本ポートフォリオでは、閲覧管理、お問い合わせ対応、運用確認などに必要な情報を取り扱います。取得する情報と取扱方法は、以下をご確認ください。
Purposes and information collected利用目的と取得項目
We handle information needed to manage viewing access, send login notifications, address display and connection problems, respond to inquiries and review operations.閲覧管理、ログイン通知、表示・通信の不具合への対応、お問い合わせ対応、運用確認などのため、必要な情報を取り扱います。
We collect login and page-access records, IP addresses, estimated region and network information, device, OS, browser and language settings, and connection information. The administrator reviews this information through records and email notifications.ログイン・閲覧の記録、IPアドレス、推定地域・回線情報、端末・OS・ブラウザ・言語設定、通信状態を取得し、管理者が記録とメール通知で確認します。
Region and device information may be estimated. We do not collect precise GPS location.地域・端末情報は推定を含みます。GPSによる正確な位置情報は取得しません。
Shared password authentication共有パスワード認証
You can view the portfolio using the password provided to your sharing group. No email address is required when signing in.共有先にお渡ししたパスワードで閲覧できます。ログイン時のメールアドレス入力は不要です。
Login information is used to review usage and does not guarantee the identity of an individual viewer.ログイン情報は利用状況の確認に用いるもので、閲覧者個人の本人確認を保証するものではありません。
Storage and safeguards保存先と安全管理
Records are stored in cloud services used by the administrator and protected through access restrictions and other safeguards. Passwords are never included in viewing records or notification emails.記録は管理者が利用するクラウドサービスに保存し、アクセス制限などにより保護します。パスワードを閲覧記録や通知メールに載せることはありません。
Cookies are used to manage viewing access. No advertising or tracking cookies are added.閲覧管理のためCookieを使用します。広告・追跡用のCookieは追加しません。
Retention保存期間
Access permission information is retained until the viewing purpose ends, with periodic reviews of whether it is still needed.アクセス許可情報は、閲覧目的の終了まで保持し、定期的に継続の必要性を確認します。
Login, page-access and connection information and notification emails are normally deleted after one year and always before 13 months.ログイン・閲覧・接続情報と通知メールは、原則1年、最長13か月未満で削除します。
Inquiry emails are normally deleted one year after resolution and within 13 months at the latest.お問い合わせメールは対応完了後、原則1年、最長13か月以内で削除します。
Operational review and recovery-test records are retained for one year. Logs in the former authentication service are retained for 24 hours.運用確認・復旧試験の記録は1年、旧認証サービスのログは24時間です。
Deletion and revocation削除と失効
Access is stopped within one business day of confirming the end of viewing, expiry, or a request to stop access or delete information.閲覧終了、期限到来、アクセス停止・削除のご依頼などを確認した場合、1営業日以内にアクセス権を停止します。
Related information is normally deleted within three business days, except where a legal retention obligation or service incident prevents this.関連する情報は原則3営業日以内に削除します。ただし、法令上の保存義務や障害により対応できない場合を除きます。
Service providers外部サービスへの委託
We use Cloudflare and Google services to manage viewing access, obtain connection information, store records, and send notifications and correspondence.閲覧管理、接続情報の取得、記録の保存、通知・連絡のため、CloudflareおよびGoogleのサービスを利用します。
Information may be processed outside Japan. Processing locations depend on the services and settings in use.情報は国外で処理される場合があります。処理場所は、利用するサービスと設定によって異なります。
